This 5”x7” card serves as a reference for proper child restraint use focusing on rear-facing seats, forward-facing seats, belt positioning booster seats and safety belts.  Best practice guidelines are highlighted on the back in addition to Pennsylvania Child Passenger Safety Laws.  This resource is also available in Spanish.
